This gesture was particularly appreciated as it saved me the hassle of asking for it after a long journey. Location of the hotel is excellent with access to metro line within 5 mins from the hotel.

Up scale

The room is very spacious, has a huge bed, and is very comfy, and room services are good and timely. The location is not bad, view of Tokyo Bay and quick access to the Daiba station which can quickly travel to Tokyo Center. The lounge on the 30th floor is awesome, with a lot drinks and a perfect city night view.

The room was spacious, knowing how small some Japanese hotel rooms can be. This was our second stay at the hotel which was chosen for it's location to the cruise terminal. The hotel is well placed and has very good access via train to the city and the subway system. It also has local access to two large malls with many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was great with a multitude of choices to suit all tastes. It certainly set you up well for the start of the day.
